LITTLE ROCK, Ark — French Hill for Arkansas released a new political ad targeting his opponent’s incomplete voting record on issues like education and gun rights while serving in the Arkansas General Assembly. In a television interview in 2014, Tucker said “Education is going to be at the top of my personal agenda.” His record tells a different story. Tucker voted “present” or not at all on many education bills. There is a similar pattern on gun bills, abortion bills, educational tax savings bills and more.

Clarke Tucker was the preferred choice of Nancy Pelosi and her liberal allies heading into the Democratic primary earlier this year. Since being elected to the state legislature, despite his claims of courage and bipartisanship, he has established a pattern of failing his constituents by refusing to take a stand or ducking key votes on issues that matter to Arkansans.

“If Clarke Tucker lacks the courage to take a stand in Arkansas, he will never stand against Nancy Pelosi and liberals in Washington.”
