Little Rock, Ark. — Congressman French Hill (AR-2), announced his campaign leadership and staff.  “I am proud to serve Arkansans in Congress and look forward to contrasting my record of lower taxes, smaller government and a growing economy against Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats’ record of higher taxes, bigger government, and a weaker economy.”

Congressman Hill’s Campaign has raised $185,000 in quarter four and currently has $1.3 million cash on hand. The campaign office is located at 3600 Cantrell Rd., Suite 105, Little Rock, AR  72202.  Volunteers for French please contact the office at 501-837-8683.

The campaign leadership and staff include:

Judith Goodson – Campaign Chair

Judith is a former social studies teacher, who is an active community volunteer.  Judith has held a variety of leadership roles serving the Junior League of Little Rock, The Cathedral School, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Episcopal Collegiate School, and Catholic High School for Boys.  She was the business director of W by Worth.  A lifelong Arkansan, Ms. Goodson resides in Little Rock with her husband Dr. Tim Goodson and is the mother of two sons.

Warren Stephens – Finance Chair

Mr. Stephens is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stephens, Inc.  He joined the firm in 1981 and was elevated to President in 1986.  He has served as a finance committee chairman and finance committee member for various congressional and presidential campaigns throughout the years, including Congressman Hill’s campaigns.

Sheila Beck – Campaign Vice-Chair

Sheila Beck lives in Center Ridge, Arkansas and is married to State Rep. Rick Beck.  She and Rick have two children. Shelia graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a masters degree in physical therapy in 1994.            Sheila currently works as a pediatric physical therapist in central Arkansas and serves as Arkansas Second District Chair for the Republican Party of Arkansas. Sheila serves on the Arkansas Governor’s Commission on People with Disabilities.

Colonel (Retired) Nathaniel (Nate) Todd – Campaign Vice-Chair

Having served as an U.S. Army officer of 37 years, Colonel Nate Todd has significant experience in military and veterans’ affairs.  He advises the campaign on military, veteran’s and community development issues.

Dr. Terry Fiddler – Campaign Vice-Chair

Dr. Fiddler of Conway, Arkansas is a retired dentist of 43 years.  He has served as the President of the Arkansas State Dental Association, and has served in positions with the American Dental Association.  He served for twenty-one years on the Conway School District Board of Directors, retiring as the President.  He is involved with both dental and medical health issues; now Dr. Fiddler serves as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Mission of Mercy.

John Grove – Campaign Manager

John is a Little Rock native and Central High School graduate.  Previously, he served as Field Director for the Republican Party of Arkansas and worked in Iowa as Field Representative for the 2016 Huckabee for President campaign.  He has both in-depth knowledge of Arkansas’s 2nd Congressional District and extensive experience in grassroots campaigning.  He is also secretary of the Arkansas Young Republicans.  John is an Eagle Scout and a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University.

Michael Siegel – Campaign Spokesman

Mike Siegel is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and spent seven years working in various communications roles in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Currently, he is employed by a family business.  He spent over four years working for Chairman Jeff Miller on the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs and then two and a half years as Congressman Hill’s Communications Director.

Polly Rand Martin — Finance Director

Polly is a lifelong Arkansan, from central Arkansas, spending most of her career in the retail and grocery industry.  She has served as President of the Arkansas Grocers and Retail Merchants Association and was the Chairman of the Board of Rand’s Inc.

Bryan Sanders – General Consultant, Pollster, and Media Consultant, IMGE Insights

Bryan Sanders is a pollster and strategist for leading Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and Republican campaigns and outside groups. He’s done polling, message development, and media for many of America’s top leaders in business and politics, including Republican Governors, Senators, and Congressmen, and was named a “Rising Star in American Politics” by Campaigns and Elections magazine.

 

RJ Caster – Digital Consultant & Jason McBride – Mail Consultant, Majority Strategies 

For over 18 years, Majority Strategies has produced winning mail, mobile and digital projects for candidates seeking every office imaginable, including 3 presidential candidates, 6 current governors, 12 sitting U.S. senators, and more than 25 members of Congress.  Majority Strategies has assisted Congressman Hill’s campaign previously.

Missy Rickels – Chief Administrative Manager

A lifelong Arkansan and a volunteer, Missy served in various volunteer positions in the Little Rock School District PTA, Catholic High School for Boys, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and political campaigns.  She lives in Little Rock with her husband, Phil Rickels, CPA, is the mother of two sons and a daughter and has a granddaughter.
